So, I lost the top of my piercing (the one I originally got at the time i got my belly button pierced) while I was on vacation. I bought a new one, but it got infected. I was scared to buy another one, but I'm so glad I did! Jolie's belly ring is perfect! It stopped hurting and feeling irritated within an hour of putting it in. It's been over a week now and I sometimes forget I even have it in, lol. I ordered the wrong size at first, but Jolie was super cool about it and sent me the right size right away. The Dome Moissanite Belly Ring White Gold is even more gorgeous in person! The way it sparkles is so pretty. It’s internally threaded and feels secure enough that I don’t have to worry about it coming undone. It’s also really lightweight and so far, I’ve worn it with no complaints.

I’m very happy with my belly ring. It had to be tweaked a bit after I initially received it but it was worth the wait. The Piercing Concierge is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions. After showing some photos, they knew exactly what the issue was and made the necessary changes to my jewelry. Second, most importantly, their customer service is top notch. Not only did they put a rush order in for me, so I would receive my purchase before my vacation, but they also helped me pick out the perfect custom size.

I ordered from Jolie Co and I’m so glad I did because I’ve been absolutely blown away by not only their stunning product, but their customer service. Although there was an honest mix up with my order in the beginning, their service team handled it quickly and beyond professionally. They went above and beyond to customize my belly ring multiple times to fit my anatomy the best they possibly could. I have a deep belly button and I had my piece customized to where the bottom gem was moved forward and tilted upward to make it more visible.
