It's as easy as a few-minute chat. Text our Piercing Concierge® and we'll fit your jewelry to your anatomy in ways you may not have known possible. It's private and 100% complimentary.
How your jewelry wears is as much about gem placement that complements your anatomy as it is about a bar length that fits your piercing. We make every length from 4 to 16mm, in every whole and half size in between. The jewelry should fit well within the cavity of your navel, never buried or sticking out.
Thousands of consultations have taught us it's the subtle adjustments that make the biggest difference. We might set the stone at a slightly different angle, raise it a touch, or flatten the curve of the bar for a shallow piercing. Fitted jewelry is personal. Once you experience it, you'll never settle for standard.
Testing your jewelry before it ships is our way of saying we care. And we’re proving it. Not with an annual material test and a promise we’ll match that every time. Or even a random batch test. We’ll test your jewelry right before it ships.
We use laboratory-grade XRF equipment and provide you a certificate of the metal composition, down to trace levels. No nickel. No cadmium. We don’t just promise. We prove it.
Your jewelry lives inside your body, all day, every day. If you're not questioning the metal and how your jewelry is made, you should be. Ours is solid 14k or 18k gold, or 950 platinum, never plated.
14k Yellow or Rose Gold: Holds up to daily wear, in a classic yellow or a soft pink.
18k Yellow Gold: A higher gold purity, the choice many with sensitive skin prefer.
14k White Gold: Alloyed with a high percentage of palladium 13%, a platinum-family metal. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic, with a gorgeous finish that needs no rhodium.
950 Platinum: Naturally white to its core, the safest choice if your skin reacts to metal.
Your jewelry is made in Canada, one at a time, and polished to a perfect mirror finish. We X-ray test your jewelry in-house right before it ships, and it comes with its own certificate. No nickel. No cadmium. We don't just promise. We prove it.

Maybe the bar is a little too long. Maybe it doesn’t suit your anatomy, or it isn’t quite right for how you planned to wear it. Have no worries.
Refitting is available to you any time, or you can exchange it for a different style. Most changes are $75 plus shipping, and if you consulted our Piercing Concierge®, the $75 is on us.
We don’t stop until you’re thrilled. Period.
We make everything to order. Whether it appears to be a standard selection or something uniquely yours, our process doesn’t change. Your jewelry doesn’t come off a shelf. It’s made specifically for your order.
Because of that, we can’t accept traditional returns. But you’re not stuck.
If your jewelry doesn’t fit quite right or doesn’t feel the way you imagined, contact us. We’ll work with you to refine it until you’re thrilled to wear it. That’s what makes Jolie Co unique.
It’s one of those things that’s difficult to appreciate until you experience it.
Most people can’t immediately explain why they love it. They just know it feels right. And once you’ve experienced it, you begin noticing things you never noticed before. A stone that could sit slightly higher. A shape that complements your anatomy better. Small details that suddenly matter.
You start seeing the difference between jewelry that simply fits and jewelry that feels like it belongs. That’s when you understand why we obsess over fit.
Through thousands of consultations and fittings, we've developed an obsession with comfort and personalization. It's a philosophy that shapes everything we do. Most jewelry brands focus on the jewelry. We focus on the person wearing it. We build relationships. The conversations we have with clients shape the way we design, personalize, and refine our jewelry.
And then there's craftsmanship.
We obsess over details most people will never see. Not because they're visible, but because they matter. It's the reason we're constantly testing new techniques, modifying tools, and challenging traditional ways of making jewelry.
