The process was a very pleasant one! All my questions were answered quickly and kindly! I really appreciate that she made me feel comfortable when sending pictures to get my correct measurements! One of my biggest concern was about the bump I had! I’ve had my Jolie ring in for about 2 weeks and the bump has basically disappeared and that’s the only thing that has changed! I feel so much more confident! If you’re questioning the price you should just view it as an investment! I think it’s worth it!

My piercing was irritated with bumps and it was not healing properly. Jolie's Piercing Concierge reached out to me promptly and helped me select the perfect jewelry that would fit my anatomy. My jewelry was custom made to fit my needed size and shape. I chose platinum jewelry because I am highly allergic to stainless steel and even allergic to titanium. A company that offers platinum belly jewelry is rare and I required a longer bar length. My new piercing felt great the moment I put it in and within one day, my piercing was already less irritated and I no longer feel any discomfort. My jewelry is beautiful and comfortable. I will never use another jewelry company for my piercing.

Broo hear me out that jewelry is perfect it is so cute and you can customize it to your liking I’m in love. It is so shiny and it suits dark skin complexion really well I took the 18k dome and I can’t wait to buy a dangling charm to add to it but I’m waiting because my piercing is still healing, it’s really comfortable I can do my abs workout w/o any problems and I also do my pole dance classes with it. I highly recommend it is an investment and the owner is really nice and helps you pick the perfect size. I really liked my experience and this company has a special place in my heart!💖

It is AMAZING i highly recommend it feels great and when you turn on the side theres not the bump thqt other piercings have and its the perfect size i can do my pole dance classes with no problem while wearing this jewelry and also my cote exercises wothout woreying about it getting stuck somewhere.
It is worht the money, would recommend to anyone who wants to buy smarter or in the long run. Plus it is highly customizable to your liking because the piercing can be opened to had a dangling jewelry without having to change it ! :)

Ordered with piercing concierge and was referred the wrong size, Once I got it in the mail it was to short, Not her fault personally as the normal bar length is 10mm. I ordered this jewelry for a trip and I had ordered it a month ahead of time to be cautious. it has now been a month, I leave for my trip on Saturday so after talking with customer service I was able to get overnight shipping. Truly just disappointed more at the shipping back and forth as I am in the US, however the quality of the jewelry is worth the wait. I am still glad I purchased with this company as they try their absolute best to make sure that their customers are happy. The reason it takes so long to create is because it is quality jewelry. I appreciate customer service giving me an overnight option so I can finally be comfortable in my active lifestyle and wear this jewelry on my trip.

As soon as I opened my package and saw the sawn belly ring in person it absolutely took my breath away! Alyssa is super helpful and kind. She helped me pick the right size and it fits absolutely perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

I’m really impressed with the quality. Alyssa explained the difference between garnet and moissanite to me and I’m definitely glad I went with the moissanite! It is simply stunning!
