I have been buying and working with Jolie for probably about a year now. They have ALWAYS been responsive and I know that I never have to worry about quality with them. It started out that I wanted a nice belly button ring that would actually fit my stomach and not look like it was hanging down too far. Jolie was able to make the perfect dimensions to wear my belly button ring and it looks amazing. Not only that, but they gave me advice on which size I needed based on pictures and measurements I sent them. I never had to "guess" about anything. At one point, the ball came unscrewed to my belly ring and I lost it, and they replaced it all immediately for a small fee. Then, I accidentally broke the screw off in the ball from tightening it too much all the time, and again, they replaced the entire ring for a small fee. I really love this place and love the customer service. I feel that they genuinely care about their customers and their satisfaction with the products they sell. Thank you!!!!

The PERFECT dangle option for my floating navel!! Customer service was super comprehensive in walking me through proper material and fit. It is lightweight and comfortable for daily wear. I bought this a while ago and took my time before I wrote a review to make sure it was accurate, BEST BELLY JEWLERY ON THE MARKET. Quality for price is amazing, I did buy this almost a year ago prices have gone up a bit mainly for charms, it’s probably because of prices in precious metals and things have gone up. I am so happy with my purchase. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! She was super nice and patient with me, answerd all my questions and went out of her way to help me heal my piercing. She is super educated and helped me more than expected.
