I couldn't be happier with my new belly button rings. I thought I would be stuck with the boring floating navel forever. My last jewelry was beautiful, but when I took it out, I could really tell that the quality wasn't what it should be and already putting this new one in, I can feel the difference. I specifically wanted the orchid for when I am active and I put it to the test the day I got it and ran around like crazy and did some gym stuff with it on and I can't even feel it. The fit is like a glove. Literally , there is just the right amount of space left , and it doesn't look like there's excess at all. The communication was on point and extremely friendly to deal with. I will definitely be shopping more pieces in the near future.

It is a spectacular piece. The internal threading is deep and unlike any other ring I have. It is so comfortable that I will probably be wearing this all Winter.
The Piercing Concierge service is what really separates Alyssa from the pack. I thought I knew what size jewelry I needed and ordered a ring that was a little too long.
When I reached out, Alyssa responded almost immediately to address the situation. She handled the entire situation with a professionalism that is non-existent today. She REALLY cares and stands by her products and clients.

Alyssa actually listens- then creates options to match your request. The product is hand created to perfection- this is not an off the shelf one size fits all company. Trust me you will say the same thing when you order from Jolie! Delivery time is fast and to perfection. Trust is hard to come by and you found the real deal. Jolie has created a naval ring and two nipple rings that are Amazing! Fit, finish, and service is nothing less than 10 of 10. I feel so sexy wearing the jewelry that was created. Jolie co was able to make a custom order for me and service was great. I requested a u-shaped earring with the two diamonds on the ends, like belly rings but more curved. I wasn't able to find what I wanted at earring companies because they either didn't use real diamonds, or the diamonds were too small, and they didn't customize their products.
I reached out to Jolie co because I saw they offered a lot of customizations on their belly rings with bar lengths, gauges, stones, and saw that they can customize the curve of the bar too. Was pleasantly surprised the jewelry is made in Canada and the custom piece is pretty much the same as what's on the website.
Alyssa was helpful and responsive to my questions about the palladium white gold and provided mockups of the jewelry for my ear. After I approved the design, the final product was received about a month later. It looks great, curves around my ear cartilage so that both diamonds are facing the front and was a very smooth process overall!
I'll be honest...I was a little skeptical to order at first because I had never spent the money on a diamond belly ring. But Jolie was excellent to work with! They answered all my questions and addressed every concern! It really felt like I was just chatting with one of my girlfriends! They helped me find the perfect fit for my naval shape and size. When the ring arrived I was blown away at how beautiful it is! The quality is excellent! I get compliments on it any time someone sees it! I started working with them on my second piece as soon as I received my first order!
This is my second piece from Jolie and it is just as beautiful as the first! They made the entire process from customizing and ordering to delivery so incredibly easy. Jolie's customer service is hands down the best I have ever encountered! It's obvious they take great pride and care in their jewelry and making sure it's a perfect fit! I'm so glad I found them!
