This is the most amazing ring. It’s dainty and so cute. I have a bottom naval piercing and it lays flat to my stomach which is something I’ve had an issue with other rings in the past. I’ve been struggling to find the perfect ring for the bottom but thankfully I found Alyssa. With excellent customer service and jewelry quality you won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend!!

Love it soooo much! I was looking for a dainty barely there navel jewelry that is also 14K gold that I can wear forever and this is exactly that. I love that the length is customizable so it can fit your piercing perfectly, and the customer service email (concierge service) was extremely helpful in choosing the right size. Also, I appreciate all the customizable options for the jewelry as I’m going through a white gold phase so I loved I had that as an option.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my purchase. My piercing was super irritated and always oozing blood with my old surgical steel jewelry that my piercer used. Ever since I changed it to Jolie jewelry, there hasn’t been any sort of irritation or pain at the site! It’s also so comfortable to wear! The piercing concierge was super helpful with customizing the size of stone and length of bar and it turned out perfect. I’m really happy with my purchase and I hope to buy more from your shop again!

The Piercing Concierge service was amazing! They sized my jewelry perfectly, gave me great tips, and were super patient with my questions. My piece was sized perfectly and even more beautiful in person. The Moissanite shines even in dull light and photos don’t do it justice. Most importantly, it’s way more comfortable and fits my anatomy better than anything else I’ve ever tried. 100% worth the money! They were also super fast to clear up an issue I had with the saline spray I bought. Recommending this brand to everyone I know who has a navel piercing!
This spray was gentle on my skin and easy to use. No stinging at all and made for an easy transition between my old jewelry and my new piece. I had an issue with the nozzle on the bigger bottle and they immediately offered to send me a new one. Great customer service!
