I did the peircing Concierge option, and I'm so happy I did! Alyssa and her team took the time to listen to my concerns and guided me to the right fit. She was super easy to work with and answered all my questions. The jewelry itself is absolutely stunning! The shine and sparkle, and the comfort of wearing the jewelry is really a cut above the rest.
The worst part of the experience? Having to wait for it to come in, lol. Would highly recommend and would absolutely purchase from again!

I'm so happy with this piercing! I was looking for a website providing both a great range of sizes and solid gold when I stumbled upon Jolie Co.

My piercing is very small, so I need the bar to be a lot shorter that the standard size, and their range enabled me to accommodate that in a way I could not find anywhere else, since they have an option for every millimeter length between 5 and 14mm, not just going 2 by 2 like other websites I've seen.

I'm also one of these persons who needs gold when it comes to piercings or they get inflammed. It has always happened with my earrings, so I'm sure the gold bar will help the healing process of my piercing.

As for the piercing itself, it’s beautiful. I picked moissanite stones which are known to be very shiny, and they really are :) The top is also incredibly secure, I don't see how the piercing could possibly fall out by accident. When I first put it in, the time unscrewing the top felt comically long, it just kept going haha. That's really nice for a jewel of this quality, so we know we won't lose it.

Finally, the customer service is the best I've ever seen. I used the piercing concierge service, and Alyssa helped me pick a shape that fit my anatomy and answered every question I had, then remained available for additional questions even after I had received my order.

I would recommend Jolie Co to anyone due to their exceptional range in sizes, availability to answer questions and give advice, and beautiful jewelry of obvious great quality. You can tell these were designed by someone who wears navel piercings in their daily life :)
