Amazing craftsmanship & work etiquette, and on top of it, the jewelry is gorgeous and comfortable.
This was my first time purchasing a higher end navel ring because I thought I didn’t need an expensive piece of jewelry for my belly button. Boy was I wrong! I struggled with rings that never fit quite right and were always a little uncomfortable. The ring I got from Jolie co. fits perfectly thanks to someone on staff working directly with me to create the perfect piece. Everyone was so nice and responsive and the ring is SO beautiful and comfortable. My first order did get lost in the mail but Jolie co. made sure to take care of it and sent another one no charge. I couldn’t be happier with the jewelry and the customer service, I would definitely purchase something from them again!
