We obsess over every detail. Every quality-critical step, from selecting and setting your stones to secure threading and polishing, happens under one roof. That includes proving it: every piece is individually tested and certified using laboratory-grade XRF equipment, and ships with a report showing its exact metal content and trace elements i.e. cadmium or nickel. Not an annual sample or a batch. Your piece.

But no matter how exquisite the design, finishes and materials, true quality is how your jewelry feels the moment you wear it. We help you personalize your jewelry to fit your anatomy in ways you might not have thought possible.

Until now, personalization like this lived only in the most exclusive piercing studios. What most people don't realize: those studios take up to 12 weeks, at roughly twice the price. By owning every stage from design through finishing, we deliver your perfectly fitted navel jewelry in two weeks. There's no middleman, and yes, that value shows in the final price to you.

Precious metals only. No nickel.

Quality body jewelry starts with quality metals. Our gold alloys are sourced from a leading refiner, United Precious Metal Refining in the United States. That means premium metal integrity with zero nickel or cadmium.

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Every piece is individually tested and certified in our own lab on laboratory-grade XRF equipment, and ships with a report showing its exact metal content. Not a batch sample. Your piece.

As a member of the Canadian Jewellers Association, we hold to its Code of Ethics and Standards on responsible sourcing. And under Canada's Precious Metals Marking Act, every karat stamp we apply carries our registered trademark — so the number on your jewelry is traceable to us, and we're on the hook for it.

14k palladium-based white gold, made for your skin.

Our 14k white gold uses a palladium alloy base rather than nickel. Because of the high palladium content, it contains only a negligible amount of zinc and no other known allergens. It's biocompatible, the safest choice in gold for sensitive skin, and it takes a superb polish with a refined white tone that doesn't rely on plating.

14k and 18k yellow and pink gold, with high resistance to tarnish.

We favor premium yellow and pink gold alloys engineered to hold their color and shine, with excellent resistance to tarnish. Body chemistry — skin pH and acidity — can affect how gold looks over time. Any change is superficial, and routine cleaning or a light polish brings it right back.

18k white gold and 950 platinum.

We've phased out 18k white gold in favor of 950 platinum. For hypersensitive skin, platinum is the safest and most enduring choice in fine body jewelry. Its natural white tone means it never needs plating, and its dense, nickel-free composition is exceptionally gentle on the skin. A polished platinum piece has a mirror-like sheen that sets it apart from 18k white gold. It doesn't fade, tarnish, or irritate.

10k, for budget-friendly pieces.

Our 10k gold charms are body-friendly because they rest against the surface of the skin rather than sitting inside the piercing channel. 10k has a lower percentage of pure gold and more alloying metals than 14k or 18k, so we keep it to charms. For anything that passes through the piercing, and for fresh piercings especially, we'd point you to 14k gold, palladium-based white gold, or 950 platinum. Our 10k is nickel-free either way.

Rhodium coating.

Palladium-based white gold doesn't need rhodium plating — that's rather the point of it. We'll still do it at no extra charge if you'd like it. Our preference for natural, low-maintenance alloys means your piece holds its tone without frequent replating.

Rhodium is a member of the platinum family, so it does add a layer of protection against scratches, oxidation, and any alloys you may be sensitive to. Our 10k white gold is rhodium plated by default.

We source our D Color VVS1 Moissanite and Lab Diamonds directly from leading labs. IGI certificates are available only upon request. Our lab grown sapphires capture the same richness and depth as their natural counterparts, vibrant, sophisticated, and undeniably luxe.

For natural stones, we work with respected gemologists who source AA to AAA grade gems, the perfect balance of beauty, color, and value. Exceptional grades are available on request, every detail can be made just a little more yours.

All of our stones are ethically sourced and carefully inspected before setting. And because true brilliance comes from within, the metal beneath each stone is polished to a mirror finish, letting the light pass cleanly through and return as that unmistakable Jolie Co glow.
