When you consult our ‘Piercing Concierge^TM ‘ we guarantee the jewelry will fit you perfectly.

Finding the perfect belly ring isn’t just about the look. You must consider the health of your piercing. There's no universal “right” fit that will work for everyone. If your current belly ring fits you well – you have the answer. But what is the right fit? Your belly ring should only be about 2mm or 1/16” longer than your piercing length. And depending on your anatomy certain styles may not be appropriate for you.

Best practices for maintaining your 14k solid gold jewelry:

1. The internally threaded bar is designed to last many years. Please gently screw in the top turning clockwise and never overtighten.
2. To ensure you keep your jewelry looking its best, you need to give it a little (tlc) tender love and care from time to time.
3. Avoid harsh cleaners. Stick to mild soaps and warm water for the best results.
4. Although it can’t always be avoided, it is best to keep your jewelry away from lotions, oils and perfumes.
5. Be mindful of physically harmful activities that may impact your belly jewelry and worst of all hurt you as well.
6. When not worn, store your jewelry safely. We recommend using the Jolie Pouch to protect your pieces from scratching.

We craft our items with the utmost care and attention to detail. 12-month warranty is offered on all products, so you can buy with confidence. If for some reason your piece has any quality issues in the first 12 months of ownership, then let us know and we will take care of everything from there.
