I can not say enough good things about this company! I was struggling because my jewelry that I was pierced with was poor quality and was too snug. I had a lot of irritation. I originally saw Jolie on TikTok and started binge watching all of her videos as they are so helpful and informative when it comes to belly piercings. I wasn’t exactly sure what size needed but I knew I needed a longer bar so I originally ordered a 12mm. Jolie reached out and asked to send a picture of my piercing to make sure I needed a 12 mm because apparently it is not common to need one that long. I sent a picture and she in fact told me I needed a 10 mm and she made sure that I was sent the correct size even though I had already ordered a 12 mm. I’m so thankful she reached out. I have never personally experienced such amazing customer service from a company before. When the jewelry arrived, it was so beautiful and you can just tell that it is good quality. The jewelry has helped soothe my piercing irritation and I’m sure my piercing will continue to look better because of the quality and the appropriate sizing. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company!

I’ve been looking for a new piercing that had a shorter bare length since my piercing shrunk. I’m so happy that I found this website! She was able to help me pick out the perfect style for me. When I mentioned that I wanted to try a charm for the dangle look, she included it in my order for me!! She was so helpful and was the sweetest!
